About Intivist
A web studio building fast, custom-coded websites and online stores for businesses that need them to earn their keep.
Intivist is led by Hassam Bilal. The studio builds business websites and Shopify storefronts for clients across Pakistan, the United States and the Gulf, working directly with owners rather than through layers of account management.
Most of what we know about selling online was learned by selling online. We build and operate our own Shopify store, which means decisions about page speed, product copy and checkout friction get tested against real orders and real refunds before they are recommended to anyone else.
The work is deliberately narrow: websites, stores, and rebuilds of sites that have stopped working. Everything is built in-house, so nothing gets subcontracted to a third party the client never meets.

Nothing is held as leverage
The domain is registered in the client's own name. Source code and credentials transfer at handover. Leaving should cost nothing but the decision.
Speed is a feature, not a boast
Every page is measured before it ships. A site that takes four seconds to open has already lost most of the people who clicked.
Quotes are fixed before work starts
A written figure, agreed up front. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices arriving after the fact.
Common questions
How is pricing handled?
Every project is quoted individually, because a five-page site and a three-hundred-product store are not the same job. The quote is free, arrives in writing, and is fixed before any work begins — there are no hourly overruns.
How fast is delivery?
Two working days for a business site and three for an online store, once copy and images are in hand. If a deadline is immovable, raise it on the first call and you will get a straight answer on whether it can be met.
Do we own the website?
Entirely. The domain is registered in the client's own name and transferred to their account, the source code is handed over, and every credential goes with it. Nothing is held on our side as leverage.
What does the monthly retainer include?
Hosting, security and platform updates, off-site backups, uptime monitoring, and small content changes as they come up. It is ongoing support, not a licence fee for your own website.
Can you work with our existing brand?
Yes. If there are brand guidelines, fonts or a logo already in place, the build follows them. If there are not, we work from what the business already uses and keep it consistent.
